Set up automatic payments with a debit or credit card. Billing is on the 1st of each month, and invoices are emailed to you and available in the customer portal.
If you opt for notifications, you’ll receive a text letting you know your technician is on the way within 30-60 minutes. While we can’t provide exact arrival times, we optimize our routes daily to save you money. No need to be home during service—just ensure our team has access to the yard and that any aggressive pets are secured.
Our scoop technician will begin cleaning up all pet waste, following a thorough route to minimize any missed areas. Your yard will be walked multiple times to ensure a complete cleanup.
Once your yard is spotless, your technician will upload a photo of your securely closed gate, ensuring your pets remain safe. We also sanitize all equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
After cleaning, the technician will either place the pet waste in your trash can or remove it from the property, depending on your location. We handle everything, so you don’t have to.
Quotes are typically accurate, but final pricing is confirmed upon a yard inspection during the first visit. We’ll inform you of any price adjustments before starting service.
Customers who pause services are subject to initial cleanup fees when rejoining the monthly service.
Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon job completion. For monthly services following an initial cleanup, billing starts with the second visit. Monthly fees are due on the 1st and are based on a 52-week calendar averaged across 12 months.
There’s a $10 late fee for late payments, and failure to pay by the first service of the month results in schedule removal. A $1.50 test transaction will occur when linking a new debit or credit card, but no funds are deducted.
Scoop N Dash operates year-round. In cases of unsafe weather, we’ll perform a double cleanup the following week, with monthly charges remaining the same due to equivalent cleanup needs.
If our team can’t access your yard due to a locked gate, you’ll still be charged for that day’s cleaning. However, we’ll perform a double cleanup the following week. Our technician will knock and call you before leaving and update the customer portal.
Cancel any time with a 48-hour notice via phone or through the customer portal. Pausing services may incur initial or seasonal cleanup fees upon rejoining. Refunds for mid-month cancellations are processed to the payment method on file.
We love pets, but if your dog prevents yard access due to aggressive behavior, we’ll attempt contact and update your online portal. If we cannot access the yard, you’ll still be charged, but we’ll perform a double cleanup the following week.
